feasibility

There is a clear correlation between the number of microorganisms and ATP contained in microorganisms. The number of microorganisms in the reaction can be obtained indirectly by detecting the ATP content. The RLU reading of the test results is 80%-90% correlated with the CFU of the conventional culture method, and there is no statistically significant difference. In combination with conventional culture detection method, ATP detection method can be used to detect pollution, while culture detection method can be used to identify the types and sources of pollutants.
