Reagent transfer system

The reagent solution can be introduced into the system through the reagent bottle (for continuous injection process) or the injection ring (for micro reaction and staged injection).

The corrosion-resistant high-pressure pump drives two independent flow lines.
The professionally designed infusion pump effectively improves its chemical corrosion resistance (although PEEK material is not used)
The infusion speed of the high-pressure pump can be selected between 0.01 and 20.0ml/min.
The automatic monitoring system will monitor each highpressure reagent pipeline at any time. In case of bubbles in the pipeline or interruption during the experiment, the system will give a warning to the user.
If the problem is not solved within 60 seconds, the experimental process will be automatically terminated.
Convenient dedicated feed port
The injection pump is very convenient for injection without disconnecting any components. At the same time, the system itself adopts a special "filling" function to effectively remove air.
Back pressure regulator
The replaceable and fixed back pressure regulator system is used to maintain the continuous pressure of the system throughout the experiment.
Coil heater
The unique design of coil heating module controlled by electronic system can quickly raise the system temperature. During the whole reaction process, the reactor temperature is calibrated by an accurate temperature control system at any time to maintain the stability of the system temperature.
