High flux continuous flow synthesizer

Flow chemical synthesis reaction is an ideal method for reaction modeling and optimization, especially for the method that can be scaled up. The very high reproducibility of the results, coupled with a short reaction time, allows us to quickly explore the reaction conditions. The multi process reaction system is equipped with a segmented collector and an enhanced control system.

The system can customize up to 10 sets of experimental processes, and then run automatically when unattended. At the same time, the products of each experiment are automatically collected according to the method set by the program ("segmentation" or "optimization"). The reaction products can be segmented or collected through a special collection system, and each reaction fragment will be collected into a receiving bottle. These fragments can be directly introduced into a 2ml injection system for final analysis.

According to different reaction temperature, time and chemometrics mode, up to 10 experimental processes can be run, and continuous reaction modeling and optimization can be carried out. System controlled segmented Collector - no computer support is required, and it can run unattended. It is suitable for optimized reaction requiring overnight.
