Hot melt extrusion continuous granulation, customized according to user requirements

The thermal cutter cuts the extrudate directly behind the die with one or more cutters close to the nozzle plate.

The particle length can be adjusted by potentiometer according to the blade speed.

The optimum spring for a particle is usually close to its diameter.

Both melt and wet extrusion can be cut.

Compared with other cutting technologies, the thermal cutting machine has the following advantages:
