Environmental stress cracking
Test Description:
Determine the stress cracking index of polymer materials when exposed to different environments such as soap bubbles, reagents, Oils and detergents. The prestressed sample is placed in a tube fixed in the measured environment, and then placed in a temperature control bath. Most polymer materials are generally set at 50 ℃. Observe that the sample develops from small crack to crack within the specified time interval.
