Density gradiometer

It is formed by mixing two miscible solutions, one with a density higher than that of the tested sample and the other with a density lower than that of the tested sample. The results of the mixing produce a linear density gradient column, which is then calibrated with a glass marker buoy.

Generally, a graph showing the density versus the height of the gradient column is formed. It is very suitable for high-precision density measurement of solid materials, or for rapid comparison test to

identify subtle differences of similar materials.

Different samples with similar density can be loaded at the same time, and readings can be made later to save time.

The maximum service life of the density column is up to 3 months - lift or lower the loading / cleaning column to prevent interference with the inclination.

Instrument features:
