Polymer melt tensile rheometer
It is mainly used to measure melt strength and tensile flow behavior.
It measures the tensile properties of polymer melts by drawing a vertical melt line at constant or linear or exponential acceleration.
It can measure the force value of drawing line material, and calculate the tensile stress, tensile ratio and tensile viscosity.
It can distinguish small differences that cannot be detected in other test and analysis methods (including shear test), and shows the influence of different molecular structures on tensile flow.
Using the above rheological parameters, further analysis can obtain
(1) Structure information, such as molecular weight distribution (MWD), branching, etc. Tensile flow is more sensitive than shear flow to reflect the copying structure of polymer materials.
(2) Processing information, such as: simulating actual processing conditions, the role of stretching flow, optimizing process conditions, improving production efficiency, etc.
(3) In addition to the shear data, the tensile test data also provide a panoramic image for the development of the material equation.
*Select test speed
*Select acceleration mode, linear or exponential mode
*The software provides instrument parameter setting, test control and data analysis
*The surface of the drawing wheel is tooth surface, smooth surface and conical smooth surface
*The guiding wheel can prevent the melt bundle from sticking and winding on the stretching wheel.
Adjustable speed range 0-190 cm/s
Range of measured force value 0-2.0 n
Measuring force accuracy 0.001 n
Set the acceleration form at will: the linear or exponential acceleration test roll has certain anti adhesion
Optional cooling box is used to cool the test roll and guide roll to prevent adhesion
