Falling ball viscometer
It is a simple and accurate dynamic viscosity measurement of transparent Newtonian fluid based on hoeppler measurement principle. The core idea is to measure the actual time required for the falling ball to fall from the sample tube inclined to a working angle under the action of gravity. The sample tube is assembled on a central bearing that allows the sample tube itself to turn 180 degrees quickly, so it can be repeated immediately. The average time of falling ball in three measurements was used as the measurement result. Then the time reading is converted into the final viscosity value through a conversion formula.
A set of six falling balls is used for various industrial QC control and R & D of scientific research institutions. Easy to use and easy to record time measurements ensure meaningful test results
With the constant temperature water bath, it can quickly control the temperature of the sample, so as to obtain more accurate and reproducible results
The fixed angle of 80 degrees shall comply with din53015 standard; Mod el KF20 can be set to 50,60,70 and 80 degrees to measure a wider viscosity range
Comply with ASTM d53015
Instrument composition: instrument host, 6 ball drop sets, temperature probe, portable packing box
Viscosity (definition of viscosity)
Due to the attraction between molecules in the fluid, internal friction is generated, resulting in the performance of obstructing the flow.
