Laboratory muffle furnace

1/12 - 40/12 series muffle kilns are the best choice for daily laboratory applications. The outstanding features of this kind of muffle furnace are excellent roasting effect, modern appearance design and high reliability. You can choose external or upper open door for muffle furnace free of charge.

Maximum temperature 1100 or 1200

Heating on both sides by ceramic heating plate (L 24/11 - LT 40/12 muffle furnace can be heated on three sides)

The ceramic heating plate is embedded with heating wires to prevent pollution by volatilization and splashes, and it is easy to replace

Thermal insulation material made of safety fiber

The furnace shell consists of striped stainless steel plates

The double-layer furnace shell structure is stable and reduces the shell temperature

The furnace door can be equipped with an external open furnace door (L) (which can be used for workpiece placement) or an upper open furnace door (LT) (which can avoid the operator from high temperature) for free

Adjustable air inlet is set on the furnace door (see the figure)

Exhaust port is set on the back wall of the furnace

Low noise in heating operation, with solid state relay

Additional configuration

Exhaust stack with exhaust fan or catalyst (not applicable for L 1)

Overtemperature protection limiter, which adjusts the disconnection temperature according to the thermal protection level 2 of EN 60519-2 standard to prevent overtemperature of the kiln and workpiece

The protective gas interface required for purging the electric furnace with non flammable protective gas or reactive gas

Manual or automatic valve distribution system

Process control and recording through controltherm MV software package
