Automatic dry laser particle sizer
Dispersion principle of the system:
Dispersion of agglomerated ultrafine particles can be achieved through the following three ways:
(1) Under the action of air flow, the agglomerated particles are dispersed through the strong friction shear force between different velocity gradients in the dispersion tube;
(2) Under the action of air flow, the dispersion of agglomerated particles is realized through the friction shear force generated by the collision between particles of different sizes;
(3) Under the action of air flow, the dispersion of agglomerated particles is realized through the collision between particles of different sizes and the wall of the dispersion tube. this
Three ways of dispersion
They interact and complement each other to form a strong dispersion ability of the dry dispersion system, which can effectively and thoroughly disperse any dry powder and ensure the reliability of the test results.
Microinjector
It is applicable to the testing requirements of new drug research and development, and fully automatic sampling of toxic, trace and expensive materials.
• applicable range: 0.1-350 μ m;
• sample size: less than 0.1 mg;
• fully automatic sampling to prevent injury to operators;
• optional bar code reader automatically records and saves samples, meeting FDA requirements
In order to adapt to the best dispersion and testing of particles of different sizes, the dry dispersion system has the following dispersion pipes with different diameters to choose from
4 mm - recommended for dispersion of 0.1 - 1000 micron particles
6 mm - recommended for dispersion of 1 - 2000 micron particles
10 mm - recommended for dispersion of 10 - 3500 micron particles
It can be applied to all helos series. In the application of dry dispersion system, a vacuum collection system is required to collect the tested samples.
