Melting furnace
It can be used for smelting non-ferrous metals and special alloys.
Its unique structure has a variety of technical advantages. The desktop structure is suitable for a variety of laboratory applications. The practical tilting auxiliary device (with shock absorber) and the casting groove on the front of the furnace make it extremely convenient to dump the molten metal, and the measurement is accurate.
The maximum temperatures of these melting furnaces are 1000 ℃, 1300 ℃ and 1500 ℃. The melting temperature is relatively low 80-110 ℃.
The maximum temperature is 1000 ℃, 1300 ℃ or 1500 ℃ The melting temperature is about 80 ℃ -110 ℃ lower.
Crucible capacity 0.75,1.5 or 3 liters.
The scope of supply includes long nozzle graphite crucible.
Additional casting grooves (except KC series furnace type) are installed on the furnace to ensure accurate quantitative casting.
Compact table design with pneumatic spring tilting mechanism for easy emptying of crucible.
The top of the melting furnace of the crucible is insulated with a tilting furnace cover, which is opened during casting.
