Automatic melting point meter

The three channel simultaneous measurement can quickly and accurately detect the melting point of the material and observe the melting process. The sample room is equipped with LED lighting and observation surface magnifying glass that are not easy to damage. The temperature of the aluminum alloy heating block is controlled by the computer to linearize the temperature gradient. The precision RTD sensor can measure the temperature quickly and accurately with a resolution of 0.1 ℃

Automatic measurement

The built-in digital camera can continuously capture the real-time image of the sample, which can not only be displayed on the computer screen receiving and processing data in real time, but also be automatically saved to facilitate the later analysis and playback of the test results. In the automatic detection technology, the light absorption and reflection technology is adopted, and the high-resolution digital imaging detector can accurately detect the instantaneous changes in the optical characteristics of the sample

Easy to operate

It is easy to operate. As long as you select the start temperature, temperature gradient and end temperature, and click [start], you can read the results from the LCD screen, so that the experiment can be carried out unattended. When the temperature is stable or the melting point measurement is completed, the instrument will give an audible and visual alarm. There are two glass shelves on the top of the instrument, which can be used to place empty light tubes or abandoned capillary tubes. If the computer is not connected, the touch screen system of the instrument can also control and operate independently, and display the measurement results. The operator can observe the sample from the front panel. During the measurement process, it can be marked with LCD menu keys. Six temperatures can be marked for each measurement.

Precision results

Using platinum RTD sensor, the temperature range can reach 400 ℃ and the resolution can reach 0.1 ℃. The instrument can be easily calibrated with standard, and the instrument can remember the data of the last calibration, which fully meets the requirements of GLP specification and pharmacopoeia.

Rapid measurement

The microprocessor controls the temperature gradient of the aluminum heating module, which can quickly heat up and cool down. The programmable temperature gradient is 0.1 ℃ -20 ℃ / min, and the increment is 0.1 ℃ / min. The instrument can quickly preheat the temperature to a little lower than the melting point temperature, which can shorten the analysis time.

Data management

It meets the requirements of GLP melting point measurement, can store 24 different analysis methods, and can save 8 complete melting point reports. The measurement results can be displayed on the front panel, printed or transmitted to the computer through the USB interface.

Software

It can display high-resolution images in real time during the analysis of samples,

and the stored images can be called at any time and played back one by one.
