High precision metering pump is specially used for micro metering in laboratory, process optimization, R & D and industrial applications.

The design of complete poly (ethylene tetragas) makes the pump have strong chemical anti-corrosion characteristics. The material is high-purity,

which meets the requirements of FDA food hygiene and bgvo German commodity regulations.

Six installation sizes can be selected. The measurement range is from 3 μ L / min to 480 ml / min. the outlet pressure is up to 4kg. The configuration can meet a wide selection range of 1:1000.

The application covers almost all corrosive liquid and gas media, such as acids, hydroxides and solvents, processes with high purity requirements and applications without metal contact, as well as food and pharmaceutical fields.

The precise control valve ensures the absolute sealing between the inlet ports, and can be applied to the absolute vacuum and abundant suction characteristics.

Press fit diaphragm drive and delayed output rate ensure accurate measurement of continuous and low pulses.

Simple operation and direct adjustment of the output flow to μ L / min or ml / min.

The backflow function allows the corrosive medium or product to melt and return to the storage tank from the pump head or metering system.

The cleaning function allows flushing or neutralization to be started at the same time without removing the metering pump from the metering system.

Process control and automation are realized through analog interface (4-20mA),

serial interface (RS 232) and master-slave interface.

The pump body can be made of stainless steel, PFA lining, aluminum alloy or synthetic resin with IP65 protection grade.
