TVOC on-line monitoring (PID) volatile organic compounds on-line monitor adopts PID
photoionization principle to realize comprehensive and accurate monitoring of total VOCs in fixed pollution sources. It can quickly analyze the total amount of VOCs, timely warn the excessive emission of VOCs and gas leakage, and is widely used in the qualitative analysis of the total amount of organic matter emitted by various industrial pollution sources.
System analysis process:
after the sample gas is extracted by heat tracing, it is quickly dewatered by the cold well to prevent the sample gas from condensing in the back-end pipeline, and then it is sent to the analysis unit for
total VOCs (i.e. TVOC) analysis after passing through the fine dust removal filtration, constant pressure and constant flow control devices.
