Plate vulcanizer
In addition to all the technical features of its tablet press, it also has the following features:
Ultra high temperature uniformity and control accuracy (when heated by steam, the temperature accuracy within 25mm of the pressing plate edge is less than 0.5 ℃ after it is stabilized at 160 ℃)
The number of pressing plates is optional (usually 2-4)
Pressing plate spacing optional (100, 150, 200mm, etc.)
Fully automatic control of steam flow and platen temperature
After the test, the compressed air shall purge the remaining water vapor to prevent scaling and ensure effective heat exchange
As with the tablet press, three different control modes are available
Steam generation system available

Specially designed tablet press and plate vulcanizer:
In addition to the tablet press and plate vulcanizer with standard structure design, the Dutch Futai company can also carry out special design and add special accessories according to the special needs of users. Such as closed-loop cooling unit, exhaust
Gas pipeline, vacuum test chamber, etc.
This rapid cooling mode can also be realized by automatically opening the hot plate after the hot pressing of the sample, inserting the cold plate (manual, electric or hydraulic) and cold pressing.
In addition, some materials are very sensitive to hot pressing temperature and time. In order to achieve the purpose of rapid cooling of samples after hot pressing, separate cold and hot plates can be used.
The upper pressing plate is a hot plate, the middle pressure plate is a cold hot plate (the upper part is a hot plate, the lower part is a cold plate, and the middle part is an insulating layer), and the lower pressing plate is a cold plate. After the sample is hot pressed between the upper and middle pressure plates, it is quickly placed between the middle and lower pressure plates for cold pressing to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.
