Plate vulcanizer
Steam heats the four guide / support columns to better maintain the parallelism of the pressing plate. From the closing of the pressing plate to the compression process, the speed is automatically converted.
The integrated hydraulic system (high-efficiency tefc motor, hydraulic cylinder, dial gauge, water-cooled heat exchanger) is equipped with stainless steel mesh protection to isolate the operator and prevent hazards. The steel base with forklift port makes the handling of equipment more convenient.
Hydraulic system this hydraulic system uses a variable displacement pump to regulate the high / low pressure oil circuit. This variable displacement pump delivers hydraulic oil to a solid, two-way IC cylinder.
The large flow / low pressure oil circuit is used to start and close the pressing plate at the set speed.
The small flow / high pressure oil circuit is used to apply the clamping force at the bottom clamping speed. The clamping force is set by the control panel, controlled by the pressure valve and displayed by the 100mm diameter pressure gauge.
Pressing plate structure
