Rotary tubular furnace
maximum temperature 1300 ℃
The rotary tubular furnace is especially suitable for the process of heating continuously flowing charging materials for a short time. Such rotary tubular furnaces can be flexibly used for different purposes. The rotary tube furnace tilts slightly and reaches the target temperature. Then, the material is continuously introduced into the upper tube end. The material flows through the heating area of the pipe body and is discharged from the lower end of the pipe body. The heating time depends on the tilt angle, rotation speed and length of the working tube, as well as the flow characteristics of the charging material. The rotary tube furnace can also be used for the process under limited atmosphere or vacuum conditions after the optional closed feeding system is adopted. Depending on the process, loading and maximum temperature required, work tubes made of different materials can be used.
