Rubber capillary rheometer
A new type of capillary rheometer is used to analyze the flow characteristics of rubber materials under certain processing conditions. It can simulate the forming process from extrusion to die, and the user can select two different dies. In addition, the material can be extruded into an open space. The user can obtain all relevant data through the touch screen. It is a stress controlled rheometer. Its control accuracy is better than 0.1% of the maximum pressure value. In a word, this new design greatly improves the repeatability of data and makes it easier to distinguish subtle pressure changes that have different effects on data, which can obtain better measurement results.
