The automatic tablet and capsule printer is compact and easy to operate. Double color and double-sided printing can be carried out on tablet coated tablets, capsules, soft capsules and candies of any shape and specification.

working principle:

The products to be printed (tablets, capsules, soft capsules, candy, etc.) are poured into the feeding tray. The size of the rotary table hole depends on the product shape. The rotary table drives the products entering the hole into the printing area. The products not entering the hole are blown away by the air nozzle and continue to be arranged circularly. The printing steel wheel engraved with the pattern specified by the user rotates in the ink bucket with the edible ink of the color to be printed. The ink on the surface of the steel wheel is scraped off by the scraper. The ink in the word groove evenly restores the pattern and transfers it to the non-toxic rubber wheel. The silicone rubber wheel then prints the pattern on the product entering the printing area.
