Hot wall tank furnace
The airtight tank furnace is equipped with direct or indirect heating devices according to different temperatures. This type of furnace is suitable for various heat treatment processes that need to set protection or reaction gas environment. Even for vacuum heat treatment up to 600 ℃, this compact furnace is also suitable. The furnace chamber is composed of an airtight tank, which is equipped with a water cooling device around the door to protect the special sealing device. The tank furnace equipped with corresponding safety device is also suitable for the application in the reaction gas environment of hydrogen, or the IDB process package is used for inert rubber discharge or pyrolysis process.

Air supply system with flow meter and solenoid valve for a non combustible protective gas or reaction gas
Can connect the interface of vacuum pump for cold vacuum pumping
With optional one-stage rotary valve vacuum pump, it can vacuum below 600 ℃
Zx-idb tank furnace with hot post combustion system
The IDB process package manufacturing series tank furnace for degreasing treatment or high-temperature decomposition process under the condition of non combustible shielding gas or reaction gas is best suitable for the rubber discharge or pyrolysis process under the condition of non combustible shielding gas. When IDB structure is adopted, this kind of tank furnace adopts a safety mechanism, in which the furnace is inert with protective gas under monitoring. The exhaust gas is burned in the thermal post combustion system. In order to ensure reliable operation, the inerting process and post thermal combustion function are monitored.
H2 furnace is used for operation in combustible process atmosphere mode
When using combustible process gas such as hydrogen, the tank furnace is additionally equipped with a required safety device. As a safety related sensor,
Only parts with relevant certificates shall be used. The furnace is regulated by a fault free PLC control system (s7-300f/ safety control system).
Combustible process gas is introduced under the condition of 50mbar relative regulation overpressure
Certified Safety Design
Process control unit h3700 with PLC control and image touch pad for data input
Redundant hydrogen inlet valve
Pre pressure of all process gases is monitored
Bypass valve for flushing furnace chamber with inert gas
Flare for waste gas reburning
Emergency charging tank for flushing the furnace in case of failure
