Micro precision three-layer coextrusion extruder

The three-layer coextrusion tape casting experimental line is mainly composed of two small scale

precision single screw extruders, two sets of screen changers, one set of die fixed connection system,

one set of three-layer distributor + tape casting die head,and one small scale precision tape casting

machine.

1. Small precision single screw extruder.

Model ZX -25/28 screw diameter 25mm.

Length diameter ratio L / D 28:1 main motor drive power 5.5 kw.

Rated speed of screw motor 1500r/ min screw speed 120rpm.

Hopper volume 6L temperature 350 ℃.

Temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃ temperature control zone 4.

Heating / cooling mode electric heating / air cooling output 10kg/ H.

2. Three layer distributor + casting die.

Distributor compound form a / B / A or a / B structure.

The width of casting die is 200mm.

The adjustment width of membrane lip is 0.02-0.1 mm.
