100% oil-free, pollution-free transmission, evacuation and compression of gas.

It has good compatibility with corrosive vapor and its condensate. The material of pump head and PTFE coated diaphragm are applicable to highly corrosive gas and vapor. The materials of components in contact with the medium of pump head meet the ATEX II 2G IIb +h2 T3x explosion-proof requirements

(only the internal environment of pump head). It is green and has good air tightness. Gas distribution ballast valve is optional.
