Single layer and multi-layer coextrusion casting film machine
Cast film is a kind of non stretching and non oriented flat extruded film produced by melt casting quenching.
There are two ways: single-layer casting and multi-layer coextrusion casting.
Compared with film blowing, it is characterized by fast production speed and high output. The transparency, gloss and thickness uniformity of the film are extremely excellent. The casting film and sheet extrusion line has high flexibility.
Can produce 20 μ m-5000 μ M thick and up to 1000 mm wide films and sheets are suitable for the
production needs of most laboratory small and medium-sized trials.
The casting film machine is used in combination with extruder and die head. After the polymer material is plasticized and melted by the extruder, it enters the die head for molding, is cooled and shaped by the casting roller, and is finally pulled to the winding system by the traction roller, so as to complete the whole casting process. The advantage of the casting film machine lies in a complete set of casting film machine, which ensures the compatibility and stability of the system.
In addition, other options, such as edge cutting device, film defect detection system, electrostatic removal system, corona treatment and other additional function options, can be provided according to customer requirements to meet special process requirements.
