Maximum temperature of compact tubular furnace 1100 ℃

The tubular furnace 30/200/11 has excellent cost performance, especially its compact external size and light weight. This fully functional furnace is equipped with a working tube, which can also be used as a support for the heating wire. The working tube thus becomes an integral part of the furnace body heating device, which has the advantage that the tubular furnace can reach a very high heating speed. This type of furnace is used for horizontal application under temperature conditions up to 1100 ℃.

The kiln adopts a strong and durable refractory brick insulation layer, which is suitable for the harsh application environment in the laboratory.

Double striped stainless steel furnace shell and additional cooling device ensure very low shell temperature.

Low noise in heating operation, with solid-state relay.

Only class I or class II fibrous materials classified as non carcinogenic according to TRGS 905 shall be used.

Basic function of the controller: use a USB flash memory to record process data.
