The built-in control system of the compact tubular furnace belt can be used for a

variety of processing processes.


The standard furnace is equipped with a working tube (made of ceramic c530 material) and two fiber end plugs. Its cost-effective performance has been widely praised

Maximum temperature 1200 ℃ or 1300 ℃

·Single zone design

·The outer diameter of the pipe ranges from 50mm to 170mm, and the heating length ranges from 250mm to 1000mm

·Ceramic work pipe c530 includes 2 fiber end plugs for operation in an air environment

·N-type (1200 ℃) or S-type (1300 ℃) thermocouple

·The free radiant heating element on the support tube is shown in

·Controller B410 (5 programs, each program has 4 program segments) replaces the controller of the specification


Additional configuration

·Overtemperature protection limiter, which adjusts the disconnection temperature according to the thermal protection level 2 of en60519-2 standard to prevent overtemperature of kiln and workpiece

·The material temperature control device can measure the temperature in the working pipe
