Disc continuous dryer


It is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment. It is widely used for drying operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries.


It has been well received in various industries. It can be divided into three types: atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum; 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000 specifications; A (carbon steel), B (stainless steel in contact with materials), C on the basis of B, add three materials: steam pipeline, main shaft and support are made of stainless steel, and the cylinder and top cover are lined with stainless steel), with a drying area of 4 ~ 180m. (3) Medicine and food

Ampicillin, Dengyan, l-phenylglycine and intermediates, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, analgin, cimetidine, vitamin B12, vitamin C, medicinal salt, medicinal aluminum hydroxide, medicinal magnesium metasilicate, caffeine, tea, flower extract, Ginkgo biloba leaves, chocolate powder, starch, corn germ and other raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates.

(4) Feed and fertilizer

Potassium carbonate, biological potassium fertilizer, protein feed, chlortetracycline for feed, mycelium, bran, distiller's grains, grain, seeds, herbicides, cellulose, feed dicalcium phosphate, etc.


The wet material is continuously added to the first layer of drying plate on the upper part of the dryer from the feeder, and the rake arm with the rake blade makes a rotary motion to make the rake arm continuously turn over the material. The materials flow through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential spiral line. The materials on the small drying plate are transferred to the outer edge. The materials on the large drying plate move inward and fall into the next layer of small drying plate from the middle blanking port.


The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately from top to bottom, so that the materials can flow continuously through the whole dryer. The hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and exits from the other end. The dried materials fall from the last layer of drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell, and are finally transferred to the discharge outlet by the rake blade.


The wet steam escapes from the material and is discharged from the wet exhaust port on the top cover. The wet steam of the vacuum disc dryer is extracted from the vacuum pump port on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly.


By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag type dust collector, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, the drying capacity can be improved. Drying paste and heat sensitive materials can easily recover solvents and conduct pyrolysis and reaction operations.
