The innovative unit design increases the tightness, optimizes the quick locking tubing system, and enables rapid preparation and implementation of dissolution tests. The new thinner cell ensures improved cell heating and can be heated separately. All systems can be easily controlled with the controller by dissolving the software.

Standardized cell head

The cell head is suitable for all cell bodies provided, so that the cells can be assembled faster and the purchase cost is lower. The tube can also be installed faster by quickly locking it on the unit head.

Increased tightness

Since the number of seals is reduced to 3 for each battery, and plane seals with increased sealing surface are used, the process safety can be improved.

Optimize cell body and single cell heating

The reduction of cell bodies provides better heating and faster cell preparation. Each battery can be individually heated by a rotary switch.

Compact and corrosion resistant housing

Smaller footprint and clear arrangement of cells in a row saves lab space and provides a perfect visual control of cells at any time. In addition, the tube organizer on the back of the equipment prevents mixing the electrolyzer tubes.

Easy to clean

Since the three-way valve on the back of the equipment is used for water emptying, water bath cleaning can be handled more easily. In addition, simple water temperature and level control is possible with a water level pointer (color coded) and two open PT100 sensor device covers.
