Twin screw mixing extruder

It is used for R & D, blending and production of various polymer formulations.

It can be used for pigment dispersion, filler and additive blending, fiber blending, polymer blending, etc. the components of the obtained melt are evenly mixed and the melt state is stable. It is very suitable for downstream process production.

The extruder is compact in design and provides a number of screw designs with different diameters, including 12 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm screws to correspond to different application fields.

The screw is of modular design. According to the different materials to be processed, different threads (mutual meshing, longitudinal and transverse openings, mixing and shearing units) can be customized to act on the corresponding screw sections to optimize the mixing and plasticizing process, so as to produce high-quality melt.

Screw length diameter ratio can be customized according to customer requirements. The material barrel is of modular design. Generally, it includes water-cooled feeding section, electric heating air cooling closed section and electric heating air cooling exhaust section, which can be flexibly customized according to customer requirements.

In addition, it can be matched with the volume / weight loss quantitative feeding system to precisely control the feeding speed. Multiple side feeding systems can also be customized according to different needs, including different liquid and solid feeds, to meet all mixing process requirements.
