Fast burning furnace

This type of fast burning furnace is an ideal equipment to simulate the typical fast burning process, and the maximum firing temperature can reach 1300 ℃. The combination of high performance, low heat storage and powerful cooling fan enables the process cycle of the furnace type to be completed within about 35 minutes from cold state to cold state when the opening temperature is about 300 ℃.

Compact design.

The product is placed on the ceramic support tube.

Bottom and top heating.

Two zone temperature control, furnace bottom and furnace top can be controlled separately.

Programmable integrated cooling fan is used to shorten the cooling time of materials, including the cooling of electric furnace shell.

The programmable top cover is opened for about 60mm so that it can be cooled quickly without starting the fan.

S-type thermocouples are installed at the top and bottom of the furnace.

Pulley is installed at the bottom of the equipment to facilitate movement.
