High temperature furnace with SiC rod heating element, temperature up to 1600 ° C

The powerful laboratory muffle furnace has a maximum temperature of 1400 ℃, 1500 ℃, 1550 ° C or 1600 ℃. The rugged SiC rod and short heating time make the high temperature furnace widely used in laboratory. According to the furnace type and service conditions, the heating time of the equipment can be reduced to 40 minutes at the maximum temperature of 1400 ℃.

The maximum temperature is 1400 ℃, 1500 ℃, 1550 ° C or 1600 ℃.

The working temperature reaches 1500 ℃ (for high temperature furnace 16). When the working temperature is high, the wear will certainly increase.

Double striped stainless steel furnace shell and additional cooling device ensure very low shell temperature.

Only class I or class II fiber materials classified as non carcinogenic according to trgs905 shall be used.

Upper open furnace door (to prevent the operator from leaving the high-temperature surface) (high-temperature furnace 01/16 only has lifting door).

The switchgear with solid state relay controls the power of SiC rod.

The replacement of heating rod is simple.

The air inlet is adjustable, and the top cover is provided with an air outlet.

Basic function of the controller: use a USB flash memory to record process data.
