Compact desktop instrument, low price, easy to use. The spectral data from NMR spectra are easy to evaluate and sensitive to subtle changes in chemical structure. Its advantage is that the key functional groups that define a specific drug category, such as amphetamines, retain their NMR characteristics and allow the differentiation of drug categories. However, changing a functional group or its position in the molecule will cause significant changes in the NMR spectrum, thus providing the necessary sensitivity to characterize specific drugs.


This small instrument is conveniently placed in laboratories and testing areas with limited workspace, while improving the hypothetical testing capacity of illicit drug screening facilities. NMR signal spectrum analysis can be realized through the structural similarity of drugs in specific categories. The development of NMR reference spectrum library for key drug categories will help to speed up the identification of case samples.


The low field 1H NMR (80) was used to determine the fuel to study the full-automatic sample preparation, sample injection, 1H NMR acquisition and sample pool cleaning workflow of gasoline burning value. Therefore, the NMR desktop spectrometer is combined with software. Automated sample preparation includes mixing of fuel samples and NMR reference compounds.


After the sample is prepared and injected into the flow cell through the LC tube of the standard oscillation circuit, the software transfers the coordinates of the sample points as the file name and starts the NMR data acquisition. After the NMR experiment, the tube and battery were washed by the micro processing system to prepare subsequent samples.

The time factor plays a special role in product release. In order to protect the motor, fuel additives are added to prevent corrosion and improve the antiknock performance.
