Pilot hydrogenation continuous microfluidic apparatus

It is a pilot scale-up hydrogenation system with high efficiency and safety of micro flow hydrogen

chemical reaction.

Hydrogenation is carried out by continuous flow of reaction substrate. The maximum flow rate can reach 25ml/min, 4mol/ day. The flowing reaction substrate and continuous flow of hydrogen can be mixed. The application fields are as follows:

Hydrogenation reduction reaction, hydrogenation desulfurization reaction, nitro reduction reaction, imine reduction reaction, de diazotization reaction, saturation reaction of olefins and fast hydrocarbons, reduction reaction of nitriles, de sulfonation reaction, de halogenation reaction, n-, o-dephenylation reaction
