Due to the addition of a glass deflector, the reaction temperature can be controlled more effectively and accurately. Because the guide plate on the jacket promotes the heat transfer of the heat exchange area of the whole kettle body, so as to achieve the purpose of utilizing the maximum effective energy generated in the whole temperature control unit.

After the heat transfer fluid enters the reactor and passes through the green line path, it will be forced to flow evenly through the entire jacket, thus promoting the use of turbulent flow and heat exchange area to achieve more efficient heat transfer. Therefore, the process temperature can be controlled more accurately with less energy and in a shorter time.
