Resin curing monitor

Dielectric resin curing monitoring (DEA) is a technology to study the curing process of thermosetting materials by real-time monitoring the changes of dielectric properties during the curing process.

It is widely used in thermosetting resins, paints, coatings, adhesives, composites and electronic materials for curing behavior research and curing process optimization. It can be used not only in the research and development of the laboratory, but also in the on line monitoring of the production workshop.

It provides a single or multi-channel DEA system with flexible configuration.

Depending on the needs of different applications, different types of sensors can be selected to work under different frequencies and measurement ranges, measure parameters such as ionic conductivity, dielectric loss factor and dielectric constant, and characterize the curing process of materials with the help of unique ionic viscosity curve.
