Rotary drum dryer

It is mainly used for pre firing hard ferrite powder, and can also be used in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. The equipment consists of main kiln body and its supporting transmission device, cooling pipe and its supporting transmission device, fuel oil system, electrical control, secondary air inlet device, exhaust and dust removal device, preheating kiln body, etc. It has the functions of over temperature alarm, overload alarm, automatic control of working temperature, adjustable oxygen atmosphere in the kiln, etc.

After the wet materials are put into the dryer from one end, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the cocurrent (countercurrent) hot air under the rotation of the plate reader uniformly distributed in the inner cylinder, which speeds up the driving force of drying flow and mass transfer. During the drying process, the materials can move to the star discharge valve at the other end of the dryer to discharge the finished products under the action of inclined plate making and hot air flow.
