Single screw extrusion system

CHOOSHIN company can customize various single screw extruders according to user needs, including laboratory extruders with a diameter of 20mm and a output of 1kg/hr, and single screw extruders with a diameter of 350mm and a output of 3.5t/hr for automotive interior sheets.

Single screw extruder can be used independently or with twin screw as a two-stage extruder to complete more complex mixing tasks.

Single screw equipment can also be matched with underwater pelletizing system or plate / sheet production auxiliary machine.
