Bottom lifting hot wall tank furnace

The bottom lift tank furnace is suitable for production operations that must be carried out in protective / reactive gas. Its size and the structure form of the lifting bottom driven by electric fluid make it more convenient to load in production. This kind of tank furnace has different sizes and structural forms to choose from.

Basic structure (all models).

Up to 650 ℃, 950 ℃ or 1100 ℃

The shell is of frame structure with stainless steel plate inside.

Load from the front.

The bottom of the kiln is electrically and hydraulically driven.

The air supply system is equipped with flow meters and solenoid valves for non combustible protective or reactive gases.

The temperature controller is used as the furnace controller.

Connection possibility of an optional vacuum pump (for cold pumping or for operation at vacuum temperatures up to 600 ℃).

Use within the scope specified in the instruction manual.
