Transdermal diffusion principle

With the core technology of diffusion cell, it is more durable and easy to operate to ensure the consistency of test results. The instantaneous homogeneity of the indoor solution medium received by the diffusion cell has been perfectly realized. The key factor of IVRT and ivpt experiments of the diffusion cell is the uniformity of the receptor medium. Any unmixed and high concentration API under the osmotic membrane will slow down the diffusion process and affect the test results. API is released continuously and uniformly in the medium to ensure repeatability and accuracy.

During diffusion, the molecular region of the active ingredient API migrates from the upper feeding chamber of the high concentration osmotic membrane to the lower receiving chamber of the low concentration osmotic membrane. The molecules after the osmotic membrane are rapidly dispersed to the entire receptor medium, avoiding the formation of a high concentration aggregation region under the osmotic membrane and preventing the inhibition of the release of the active ingredient API.

Manual diffusion assembly

The vertical diffusion release test meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11, and the 6 units are uniformly and accurately heated and stirred. The intuitive and friendly user interface adheres to the spirit of accurate measurement. The screen displays the test temperature, mixing speed, running time, and the time to the next sampling. When the sampling is approaching, the system will sound an alarm and count down. The modular design does not require any adjustment, and can be upgraded from manual to automatic sampling RDS platform
