High temperature tubular furnace with horizontal or vertical operation

High temperature tubular furnaces are available in horizontal (H) and vertical (V) models. High quality thermal insulation material is composed of vacuum formed fiberboard, which has low heat storage and low thermal conductivity, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment. By configuring different air supply systems, it can operate under non flammable or flammable protective or reactive gas conditions or in vacuum

·The power regulating unit is equipped with low-voltage transformer and silicon controlled regulator

·The temperature selection limiter adopts the settable power-off temperature conforming to the second temperature protection grade of en60519-2 standard for over temperature protection of the furnace and goods

·The switchgear with controller is separated from the kiln and installed in a separate vertical cabinet

·Controller p470 (50 programs, each program has 40 program segments), replacing the controller of the specification

·The material temperature control device can measure the temperature in the working tube · three zone temperature control to ensure the best temperature uniformity (only applicable to rhth tubular furnace with horizontal operation)
