Underwater pelletizing system

Chooshin's R & D personnel have many years of experience in the design and manufacture of underwater pelletizing systems. By 2020, more than 200 underwater pelletizing systems have been designed and manufactured by chooshin's main creators, and have been operating stably in China and around the world, with the longest operation time reaching 10 years.

Thanks to the deep understanding of underwater pelletizing manufacturing technology and process conditions and long-term research practice, engineers of chooshin company have developed a large number of unique structures, which have perfectly solved many problems encountered in production.

The underwater pelletizing system can be flexibly combined with reaction kettle, twin-screw extruder and single screw extruder to complete post-treatment, blending extrusion, reactive extrusion and other special requirements

A full series of underwater pelletizing systems are provided. The smallest experimental model can reach 10kg/hr, and the largest production model can reach 3000kg/hr.
