The vacuum sealing system adopts special design technology, with safe and convenient operation, high vacuum degree, good sealing performance and long vacuum holding time. The sealing adopts stainless steel metal flange and O-type high temperature resistant fluororubber ring.

The gas enters the furnace tube through the needle valve switch after passing through the flowmeter. The valve control is equipped with inlet valve, exhaust valve and vacuum pumping valve. The pressure reducing valve and safety valve can pass a variety of gases, such as argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide and ammonia decomposition gas, and can be filled with high-pressure gas. The unique sealing technology can maintain the pressure for a long time, with good safety performance and convenient operation.


Heating system:

regulation technology, with PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning functions, multi stage

programming,   and can prepare various heating, insulation and cooling procedures with high

temperature control accuracy; The integrated module is controlled by thyristor and triggered by phase shifting, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃.


Display mode: LED digital display instrument, optional luxury intelligent touch screen instrument, real-time curve display, U disk can also be used to export data, and viewing software can be installed

on the computer.


Protection system: it adopts independent over temperature protection, over voltage, over current, leakage, short circuit and other protection, with a high degree of automation. All indicators have reached the most advanced international level.
