Torque micro oscillation principle viscosity measurement method is to excite the beam after the driving coil is powered on, and drive the driving shaft connected to the sensor probe to twist back and forth, so as to generate a resonant shear wave with a fixed micro amplitude on the surface of the sensor probe.


During operation, after the sensor is completely immersed in liquid, different liquids have different viscosities, so phase changes of different amplitudes occur between the liquid and the surface of the sensor probe. At this time, the sensor probe always maintains the same micro amplitude resonant shear wave. With the increase of viscosity during measurement, the required current will also increase.


The change of fluid viscosity is reflected by the current signal of maintaining the sensor probe at a fixed amplitude. The transmitter translates the current signal of this change
