Spin Flash Dryer

On the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology, we have successfully developed new drying equipment. The machine has advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide application range, large production capacity, good product quality, high efficiency and energy saving. It can be dried, crushed and screened in one equipment at one time to eliminate environmental pollution. The performance of the whole machine has reached the international advanced level. The flash dryer has the original bearing induction cooling (water cooling). It is designed to use an oil pump to connect the oil feeding lubrication and cooling bearings. The sealing device has excellent performance. In the design of the main shaft, it adopts a half ring type. The motor uses a speed regulating motor, which has stable transmission and low noise. Its service life is 10 times that of similar products.

The hot air tangent goes into the bottom of the dryer and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the agitator. Paste like materials enter the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the materials are dispersed under the action of impact, friction and

shear force. The block materials are quickly crushed, fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried. The dehydrated dry materials rise with the hot air flow, the grading ring intercepts the large particles, the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring outside the dryer, and are recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. The partially dried or large materials are thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force, and then fall to the bottom for crushing and drying.
