"Glow plug" technology each photochemical reactor module can be purchased separately, can be positioned in the position required in your setting, and is easy to use plug-ins and light-emitting technology. With a fully customized configuration, you can choose to use these compact modules on only one of the five photochemical reactors, or add more modules, running at up to five locations at the same time. You can use the optional shunt leads to run all five from one power supply.

Each photochemical reactor optical flow module is directly located above a single continuous stirred reactor.

There are currently two wavelengths available to meet your requirements:

450 nm (blue) 10W led cob chip

365nm (UV)) 10W led cob chip

Photochemical reactor can customize your reaction settings separately for convenience. The high photon flux is above 365nm. It has the ability to provide high production and yield in similar systems. Able to handle different reaction systems (short to long residence time).

Combine the ability to handle multiphase flow (l/s and g/l) with photochemistry. Suitable for heating up to 55C max. One power supply is sufficient to connect up to five modules through the separator.

Photochemical reactor provides an intuitive and flexible platform route for the development and synthesis of materials. Combining the efficiency of pipeline flow treatment with the advanced mixing of continuous stirring reaction gold, the photochemical reactor provides a general "plug and play" device, which is very suitable for multiphase reaction; it allows chemists to explore continuous flow processing without any professional knowledge.
